About
Lisa Rogers Cherry has always loved helping others. The daughter of a single mother, she learned early about budgeting and saving.
For years, Lisa served as the Executive Director of a Community Development Corporation, where she assisted thousands of families to become first time homebuyers and thousands more to get their credit repaired. As a certified credit counselor, she counseled individuals with credit issues and helped them get qualified for bank loans.
Lisa is often sought after to speak about credit, budgeting, debt management and goal setting throughout the country.
She has sold more than 15,000 copies of her book "Lifting the Burdens of Debt: A Helpful Guide to Getting Your Debts Paid and Your Life Back on Track."
